Less Admin. Better Processes. Smarter Ways of Working.

I help small and growing businesses untangle messy processes, reduce unnecessary admin and make day-to-day work easier to manage.

Sometimes that means improving the process. Sometimes it means using AI or automation. The point is to find the solution that actually makes sense for the business.

The Problem Why work gets messy
The problem

As businesses grow, processes get messy.

Ways of working that made sense at the beginning often become harder to manage as businesses grow. Information ends up in different places, manual work increases and processes develop around workarounds rather than being deliberately designed.

I help you step back, see what's actually going on, and design ways of working that hold together before reaching for new technology to paper over it.

  • Spreadsheets multiply, each one slightly different from the last
  • Information gets buried three folders deep in someone's inbox
  • The same details get copied between systems, by hand, every week
  • A report that should take twenty minutes takes half a day
  • Client conversations live in WhatsApp, email, and memory
  • Important knowledge exists only in one person's head
  • Processes evolved informally instead of being designed
  • New AI tools get adopted with no clear rules for how

How I help

Practical support for the parts of your business that aren't working as well as they should.

I look at the process first, then work out whether the right solution is a better system, automation, AI or simply a clearer way of working.

01

Process & Workflow Improvement

I look at how work happens in practice, where things are getting stuck or duplicated, and which manual steps are creating unnecessary work. From there, I help redesign the process so it's simpler, clearer and easier to manage.

02

AI & Automation Where It Actually Helps

I identify the parts of a process where AI or automation could genuinely make the work easier, whether that means reducing repetitive admin, improving information flow or removing unnecessary manual steps.

03

Operational Systems & Visibility

I create simple systems that make it easier to track work, monitor progress and keep important information in one place, so everyone has a clearer view of what is happening and what needs to happen next.

Safe & Practical AI Adoption

Your team is probably already using AI tools. I help set sensible guardrails so people get real value from them without creating privacy or confidentiality risk.

Problems I can help with.

If a process is taking too much time, information is getting lost, or the way your team works feels harder than it should, I can help work out what's causing the problem and what might improve it.

Reporting

Automated Management Reporting

The problem: Recurring management reports were being produced manually from large volumes of source data, making the process time-consuming and difficult to repeat consistently.

I developed a repeatable reporting process that turns raw source data into the required management reports automatically. The reporting rules, calculations and filters are built into the process, reducing the amount of manual work while making the outputs easier to check and reproduce.

Process

Connected AI Workspace

The problem: Business and project information is often spread across emails, documents, shared drives and other systems, which means people spend a significant amount of time searching for information and pulling it together before they can actually use it.

I help connect AI tools to the business and project information people already work with, making it easier to find, summarise and work across relevant emails, files and documents without manually searching through each source separately.

Content

AI-Assisted Newsletter Production

The problem: Producing a recurring newsletter involves gathering information from different sources, deciding what is relevant, drafting and refining the content, and then turning it into a consistent, polished format each time.

I use AI to support the newsletter workflow from research and content development through to design and formatting, reducing the manual effort involved while keeping human review and editorial judgement at the centre of the process.

01 · My Process Diagnose → Roadmap

The roadmap from chaos to clarity.

Stage 01

Diagnose the Problem

Identify where the business feels messy, slow or unclear. Problems usually stem from scattered communication and manual reporting to unclear ownership, duplicated effort, or knowledge that only exists in people's heads.

Stage 02

Map What's Actually Happening

Unpack how the work currently happens in practice. Examine who is involved, where information moves, what tools are used, where decisions are made, and where things are getting stuck or lost.

Stage 03

Fix the Process First

Strengthen the underlying workflow before adding AI. This may mean clearer steps, better trackers, templates, SOPs, handover points, or communication rhythms.

Stage 04

Identify Where AI Can Help

Investigate the practical places where AI can reduce admin, summarise information, draft updates, extract actions, support reporting, or help teams access knowledge faster.

Stage 05

Roadmap & Implementation

Turn the findings into a clear action plan, prioritising quick wins and practical improvements that move the business from chaos to clarity.

About A bit of background

Hi, I'm Roxanne!

My background is in project management, business analysis, operations, process improvement and technology implementation. I also have a Master's in Law which has given me a strong grounding in research, governance, and risk.

One thing I've learnt throughout my career is that there is often a gap between how a business is supposed to operate and how work is actually happening on the ground. Leadership may have one view of the process, while the people doing the work every day are relying on spreadsheets, inboxes, workarounds, and informal ways of getting things done.

This is something I first became very aware of through law too. What you learn about how a system should work does not always reflect what happens in practice. I think that has shaped the way I approach business problems. I'm interested in understanding what is really happening before trying to fix it.

Much of my work has involved stepping into business or projects where processes have become overly manual, difficult to manage or unclear, and then helping work out a better way of doing it.

I've worked across AI governance, CRM implementation, document management, reporting automation, digital projects and operational process design. What ties that together is that I like understanding where the friction is, why it's happening and what needs to change to make the work simpler and more effective.

I don't start with the assumption that technology or AI is the answer. Sometimes the right solution is automation, sometimes it's a better system, and sometimes it's simply a clearer process.

You don't need to know what the solution is.

If something in your business feels unnecessarily manual, messy or hard to manage, that's a good enough place to start. Tell me what's happening, and I'll help you understand what's causing the problem and what could make it work better.

Thanks — that's come through. I'll be in touch shortly.

No need to know what the fix is — just describe what's happening.
